"It was early 2002 when I first met John and his crew. They were doing the plumbing on a complex remodeling job at my home. Not long after that, my project manager abandoned me and I was stuck finishing a $175,000 project. We had some tough times and more than a few surprises, but John stuck with me and finished the job.
